Very unprofessional, they have no idea what they are doing! I brought my computer to them and they said it was one problem then called me and said it was something else then charged me for a totally different thing. Came home and the computer still didn't work, so I brought it back to them and same thing again. I brought the computer back to them way to many times for it not to be working! They put my hard drive into a different computer and still there was a problem then I brought it back in and they had so many different diagnostic excuses. I was definitely over charged and this last time I picked it up and they handed me parts from it and didn't even screw it back together! I definitely do not recommend...

I took my i phone 11 to Chris at Computec Solutions for a software upgrade problem I was having. Chris worked on the phone all day but could not fix the problem. He told me the price of the repair when I dropped off the phone in the morning. He actually stayed late after hours working on my phone. When I came to pick up the phone, he explained what was wrong with the phone and why it is not working. I took out my credit card and he stopped me saying, "We only charge when we fix the problem for our customers." I offered to pay again just for his many hours of working on my phone. He wouldn't take my money! I guarantee you I will always take my computer and i phone repairs to Computec Solutions!! ...

"Mixed reviews"! Personally I like Chris, but brought an item that had sentimental value to me and he advised I could get a new one for what he'd charge just to do a screen repair. I advised their was a special program on this unit I was worried about losing and he stated it shouldn't be an issue. Well, even though it wasn't malicious the unit is now useless to me being the program was erased! Repair times did get pushed back as well as he stated a faulty screen (broke)arrived.
