I go here once a month every time I visit the salon 3 doors down. So once a month I'll walk in and buy a pack of cigarettes. Just a quick in and out. The same guy is there all the time. Tall (6 feet plus) and in his 40s or 50s. This guy is either a straight up racist or has absolutely 0 customer service, common sense or manners. So I walk in, "hi i'd like a xxxxx cigarettes please". I get no smile, no greeting, nothing just a dead stare. Then he turns around, gets the pack from the shelf and puts the cigarettes on the counter. I hand my credit card. He slides the card, then puts the credit card receipt for me to sign, doesn't say a word. (how about saying something like "sign here please"?). I sign, grab my cigarettes, I say thank you and walk away. He says again NOTHING. Not a single word. They're the one who are supposed to TELL ME thank you. I'm the customer, I gave them business. Very rude. As long as he is there I won't go there again. In fact, I am going to go there one last time and if I get disrespected like that one more time, it won't be a good day for his business.
