On Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 7:24 pm I placed an online order for a sandwich and a soda for $ 20.70 but I made the mistake of ordering it at this store and I couldn't cancel it in the app and the option that the app gave me was to call the store, which I did call the store and a man answered who did not want to give me his name, then I explained that I made the mistake of ordering it at this store and I asked him to cancel my order on the tablet and he said No, I asked him can I get my refund? and he said no, not in person and not in the app which is a different corporation, then I asked him, "what solution do you give me?" and he replied that there is nothing that can be done, then I asked him, can I go tomorrow for my sandwich? I'm far away right now I can't, it was my mistake but I can go tomorrow for the sandwich since I paid for it and my soda and he said NO! that he couldn't give me the sandwich that they already had ready and made and that I should go get the sandwich today, I don't ask for it for free. I PAID and explained to him that I can't because I'm not close and he yelled at me that they were NOT going to give me anything for free, I paid for a footloong and a soda, I think if there's a mistake we could have found a solution but he didn't want to help me, so I asked for his name and he didn't want to give it to me and he said that he was the manager and that if I went tomorrow to ask for the sandwich he would NOT give it to me, I am disappointed and very upset with this man, he YELLED at me and HANGED UP the call on me, how disappointing that being a manager he didn't know how to help me in any way and he yelled at me very ugly 😡
el día domingo 3 de noviembre del 2024 a las 7:24 pm hice una orden online un sándwich y un refresco por $20.70 pero cometí el error de ordenarlo en esta tienda y no pude cancelarlo en la app y la opción que me daba la app era de llamar a la tienda lo cual lo hice llamar a la tienda y contestó un hombre que no me quiso dar su nombre entonces le expliqué que cometí el error de ordenarlo en esta tienda y le pedí que cancelara mi orden en la tablet y el dijo que No se puede, ¿le pregunté puedo agarrar mi reembolso? y el dijo que no, no en persona y no en la aplicación que es diferente corporación entonces le preguntó a él, “que solución me das”? y él respondió que no hay nada que se pueda hacer entonces le pregunté ¿puedo ir mañana por mi sándwich? When I went to pick up my order, I noticed when the worker gave me my bag, it felt a bit cold. I asked if the sandwich was toasted. He replied yes. I opened the bag to check my food, and while the chips were fine and the churros was hot, the wrap was freezing cold. I went back to the cashier and told him that it was not toasted. He said that it didn't say to make it toasted on the receipt, but the thing is the app didn't give me options on whether on not I wanted it toasted, but that shouldn't matter.
