I recently had an amazing experience with the computer repair and upgrade service at Helix PC. From the moment I walked in, Garnick was friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel confident that my computer was in good hands.

He was quick to diagnose the issues with my computer and provided a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs and upgrades. Not only did he offer a range of options to fit my budget but allowed me to make an informed decision without any pressure.

Need to upgrade or switch out some parts in your PC? Gar at Helix PC IS THE PLACE TO GO. I just got my PC less than a week ago and wanted to upgrade my fans with a new color and added RGB. I’d consider myself pretty tech savvy but more software than hardware and did NOT want to mess anything up. I messaged Gar online and he said bring it in after the weekend and gave me a quote - told me it could be done SAME DAY by end of day. I brought it in and he honored the price he quoted me (I originally had asked for 1 fan but then brought 2 and he worked with me on the price change - it was perfect). THE SWEETEST MAN EVER. Said it would be done by the end of the day and I left, I get a call not even 2 hours later telling me it’s ready !!!!!! I can’t stress how AMAZING of a job Gar did on my PC. I am blown away. I had a little trouble rebooting back but just gave Gar a call and he walked me through the small steps to get it working… and TADA!! fantastic. Fans running great, RGB working well with software - job well done. Any questions you have, he’ll have the answer or will work with you to find a solution. Outstanding service all around. He really knows how to work with customers and how to work on your computer. Prices are out of this world and the service is even better !!!!! I will be coming back and recommending this place to all my fellow gamers in the area :) My PC is now perfect (for now) in my eyes and now I have a reliable place to bring my PC whenever I need help! Best pc repair shop i've been to in years. Gar is a super chill honest guy. I actually brought in my laptop originally because it was having touchpad/keyboard problems. I told Gar that i make music and was in the market for a desktop and he happened to have a used HP Z820 Workstation for sale. I came in the next day and he let me test it out as much as i wanted so i downloaded Ableton and a couple other programs to see how it'd perform. I must've been there for at least an hour just testing it out and he was really chill about it. I ended up purchasing the PC for an awesome price and he even threw in an awesome gaming mouse & light-up touchpad at no charge and he even put a brand new wireless card in at no extra charge. I also picked up my laptop from him today and it's working way better than before (no touchpad/keyboard errors). This guys is the absolute man, i couldnt recommend him enough!!

Update June 2019: The pc i bought just started not booting up for some reason so i made a call to Gar and told him about it. He had me bring it in for a quick inspection, called me the next day and quoted me a very fair price. Turns out the pc had caught a virus since i had been putting off getting antivirus. My fault haha. Gar got me up and running with a new copy of Windows in no time and we called it a day by doing a little Street Fighter tournament on the arcade machine.
