That was the most painful massage of my life. I have to go get a massage once a month for my knots. I told the lady I wanted medium. And proceeded to do the most hard painful massage I’ve ever gotten. After enduring so much pain I finally told her to stop. I have a high pain tolerance for massages but this was through the rough. The icing on the cake as soon as I walked out of the room she asks if I’m tipping cash or card. Told her cash and if she can give me change for a $20. She berated me saying how she doesn’t understand that she did all that work and deserves the $20. After back and forth she finally said she didn’t have change to give me while holding the $20. I would have happily given her the $20 if she deserved it and we didn’t have to stop the massage but she wouldn’t listen when I told her it was painful she just kept going and harder and harder....

I was seen by therapist, Tiffany. The massage was going very well, at the beginning. I told her specifically what areas to focus on and what technique I wanted. She agreed. She took out money from my pant pocket with first asking me. She also grabbed my wallet without without my consent. I took the wallet for her. She did not deliver what she promised and literally took more of a tip than she deserved!!! I really wanted to come back but I will not. Good...
