TERRIBLE COMPANY! If I could give this 0 stars, I would. My sisters & I unfortunately couldn't control the delay that we had from Las Vegas to Burbank, but we didn't think anything of it. We came all this way from Houston to this small airport and the fact that Budget was CLOSED by the time we got there (mind you, we put we'd pick up the car by 10:30 but didn't arrive til after 11 PM, but obviously we can't control that)...we were and still are PISSED about this situation. We had to spend money on a Lyft when we shouldn't have had to do so! How dare y'all put time frames from 10:30-11:30 PM IF NO ONE IS GOING TO BE THERE? And then an Enterprise employee told us that you guys do this ALL THE TIME? That's a shame. DO BETTER. I don't know if you guys are the ONLY company that does this or if it's all the ones I saw there that were closed...but y'all are the worst.

And then to make things worse, the lady we talked to the next day was rude and unnecessarily sassy for no reason. Fix...

Burbank Airport has one of the easiest car rental and return systems I have experienced. Your in and out as long as the counter has enough agents. Drop off is so efficient it's crazy. I wish all airport car rentals were like this. The only drawback is the games played with prices. That part...
