Called, made an appointment to see "JACK" on 3/16/24 to have him look at some jewelery items for an appraisal. "JACK" was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and appeared to give me an "honest" appraisal on the items I had him look at. Also, "JACK" was nice enough to ensure that I got to my vehicle safely when we completed our meeting and waited until I got in my car to leave and be on my way. I thought that in itself was "SPECIAL"...to be concerned about me, a future client and customer. "JACK" will have my business when I am looking to purchase fine jewelry items like my next Anniversary Wedding Band and future gem stone rings. This is DEFINITELY a 5 Star...

I walked in to ask about getting a ring with sentimental value re-plated with gold where it is starting to wear off. He took it from my hand, then the phone rang and he went into the back, I assumed to answer it. The next minute I hear this grinding sound and I shout for him to stop - he had already started grinding off the gold that was still on the ring!! He then came out and told me that he wouldn’t even re-plate it, that I should make the decision to just remove it all.
