This location has everything you want from a Subway restaurant packed into a small space. It’s located in a strip mall at the intersection of two major streets. This makes it a popular destination and its popularity works against it when it’s busy. The restaurant has a dining room with six tables and an outdoor dining area with four tables. The outdoor dining area presses against Olive Avenue on one side and Victory Boulevard on the other and isn’t very pleasant. The soda tap is put into a nook between the door and where the line forms. Most of the day this place is pleasant and accessible. The staff here is wonderful with its owner in the kitchen and many long-time employees at the counter. During the Monday through Friday lunch rush I recommend ordering food online in advance and walking in to pick it up. At that time parking can be challenging. The line of people inside the restaurant will get long enough to co-mingle with people seated in the dining room. The soda tap becomes hard to access due to the line. Despite us being understanding, she was very annoyed of us and made a rude face when we said that it was okay. I didn’t know that it was rude to be understanding and patient. Also, I was extremely disappointed in the service that was provided by Jordan tonight. Slow service, skimped out on vegetables, and did not heat up my meat of choice. He was not at all helpful about answering the questions we had regarding our food. Everything we said to them was a burden and would not be taken into consideration; did not know being polite was such an inconvenience. Something to remember for the next time we order here. I ordered online and got a confirmation email, and went to the store. The employee told me that he did not receive anything. He asked me how I ordered it. He asked, doorstop? I said through the website which is what I said when I came in. He said he didn't get an order
WHICH IS FINE. TECH ISSUES HAPPEN BECAUSE QA ANALYSTS DON'T DO THEIR JOBS.
But he said I had to go back and re order on my desktop. What kind of time wasting, illogical statement is that? He said since I ordered on a desktop computer, I should go back and re order and come back.
