I love this place. I've taken my 3 children here since they were babies. We recently returned to have a park reunion date with 5 families. Their ages ranged from 3 years to 20 years old... The shade coverage has greatly improved over the years, but I have to note that everyone felt negatively affected by the burning rubber odor that emitted from the recycled tire playground surface. Read moreThis park looks like it's been revamped recently. It's got a train theme to it. It has areas that's good for smaller and bigger kids. Definitely a plus is the fact that there's restrooms on site that seem to be open whenever the park is open. Lots of seating space to have picnics or even to play games. A great deal of shade from these wonderful trees Burbank has the offer. Looks to be plenty of street parking but there is a parking lot on site. I see a baseball field and tennis...
