Tiffany Nail Salon — Local services in Burien

First and last time we'll go here. Pedi + full set. Made an appointment and arrived. We had to stand outside. Finally got seen. The pedicure tubs were not lined. Our technician did the bare minimum. I asked if they could make sure to get bottom of foot because they only were going on top. But got ignored. I asked for regular polish but they used gel instead and didnt find out til I was charged (even though I specifically asked beforehand). When they finished my pedi and asked me to move to the fullset place, I was waiting to see if they were going to give me those temporary slippers but they didnt...And waited for me to move...But I finally asked and then they gave me some...if I didnt ask I woulda walked barefoot...on the carpet that looks like it hasnt been vacuumed in a while...I took most of my own belongings to the other table...(Usually the technicians help you move your belongings since your paint is drying)

Finally when it was time for my fullset they cut too short of the length I wanted they went to fast before I could say yes and cut anyway. I kept getting cut by the technician and even though I told them they were. My mom who I went with didnt get her fullset til literally an hour bc they only had one person there who knew how to do fullset. So they had to wait til that person was done waxing someone and was done with my fullset....Took long and not much skill... This place is alright..I just wouldnt recommend..Its...

I actually liked this place the first time i went there so i went back today for some service but left the store scarred and well not be going there as long as that gentleman who helped me works there.

This gentleman i dont know if he is even a certified to do nail related work of any kind… but i simply just wanted my acrylic nails taken off….

This male worker takes another fake acrylic nail and try to lift up and remove my current acrylic nails.. instead of doing that he cut through literally the edge of one whole side of my pink nail… i pulled my hand away and it was bleeding and of course hurting so frken bad then i tell ill do it myself at home then he says no and trys again and cuts me AGAIN!!!!! On a different finger. He didnt even apologize is the most shocking moment.. he didnt admit he did wrong but says “its still fresh”…. I understand that its only been two weeks but doesnt mean he cant apologize and admit he messedup…. Now i am scarred to do any nails here or ever because that pain of getting your skin/around the nails get cut open with a fake acrylic nail isnt something anyone should experience.PERIOD. That gentleman shouldnt be there. If he is the owner… i feel really bad for that business because he is...

I have nothing bad to say about this nail salon, except maybe the interior could use a little upgrading but that's about it, the rest is good. I called in and let them know I needed to be seen and had my questions answered. The guy on the phone, I never got his name but he was so nice and helpful on the phone, answered my questions, and when I got there was very nice and helpful and gave nice small talk as I waited for the nail tech, handing out water and candy to the everyone. The lady that cut my nails was so nice and she did a great job. She did my nails exactly how I asked. I highly recommend this salon.

EDIT: Upon my last visit here I did feel like the guy that runs the place was a little bit too quick to be at the register to charge me, like you don't have to do that sir, I'm not gonna run out of here. I don't like things like that cause it can come off as a micro-aggression, and that's weird cause the guy has seen me on a few occasions so I'm not sure what...
