Shopping for an engagement ring and came in to get my ring size checked out because I don't know my size. Instead he goes no I don't do ring sizes. Most definitely a jewelry store WITH rings and you don't do ring sizes. For sure. Then after he said no I don't do that here, I followed up with a: well do you have any rings I could try to try and estimate my size? His reply was no. Surely they will not be there for long as they are also tucked in the corner of the their little mall. Bye to a potential customer ✌️. Will gladly take my money elsewhere that don't have a bad attitude with a customer. Also VERY poor customer service. Guy didn't even ask how I was doing. I was the one that said hey how are you? My senior citizen mother went to buy anklets for her granddaughter at this establishment. The gentleman told her if it doesn’t fit her we can exchange them. She went back to exchange them because they were too small and he tried to first decline the request. Then…proceeded to make up prices for the exchange.
