Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Kentucky

I asked for teriyaki chicken sub with small fries and large soda, but as I was waiting for my food, a guy who was behind me get his food first.

After waiting for a bit more getting hangry, I asked Kaitlyn in cashier what was going on with the food, and her answer was they messed up with your food and they are making another one. So I waited little longer and I've noticed 3 people behind me was getting their meals before me.

Getting little frustrated I go back to cashier and asked what was going on and this time the man answers by saying "they are remaking it right now."

Only after pressing the issue a bit with them by stating how I there were 3 other customer before me who got the sandwich before, they start to browse through the sandwich and find it.

I don't know if Kaitlyn is new or what, but she needs to be better trained in services, rather than making excuse or a lie about the situation...

They do a amazing job at this location! Anyone who works in Hebron knows the lunch rush is INSANE at all restaurants! I don't see how these restaurants can do it daily! I recommend ordering on line in advance. I place my order at 10:40 and pick it up at 11:00. I work right near by this location. Typically order once a week or so. A lady behind me brought in a list of sandwiches at leat 10 sandwiches with custom orders. Holding up the line at the 11:00 rush. They took it very professional and I respect them for that. I cant even explain the patience each and every employee there demonstrated today! Very professional! I live in Amelia, Ohio our location its nothing like this i prefer the Hebron location. Everyone is always polite and my food is always awesome! Come on people you can help everyone who works in the mess of Hebron out by ordering online!! This should be there flagship location...

I've been coming to this store for close to 10 years and with little to no issues. Unfortunately lately it's been kinda meh. I ordered online this evening and got my usual. After 37 years of existence I've only ever ordered one thing from penn station. Large chicken teriyaki with extra cheese and teriyaki sauce. Usually the bread is packed with delicious juicey all white meat chicken but this time I had received mostly bread. On one half of the Large sandwich was barren of chicken. The other side however was mostly teriyaki. Its almost like they forgot and just threw it on there. Hopefully it was just that they were busy with the two other customers there or the cook had to much to eat and was foggy headed. Either way hopefully next...
