I have been utilizing Verizon 28 years. Started with a beeper. Over the years I have called upon Verizon for many things. I have not always been happy; even thought of leaving the service.
In working with Matt; Friday 7-15-22. What a welcomed surprise. Thank You Matt for everything Sir. Not only Did Matt treat me better than any other Verizon rep (28 Years worth). Matt - WOW May have been the BEST in top of the line Customer Experience ever with any companies in all businesses. Not only did I receive a S22 Ultra with record timeing and ease. Matt took the extra time to ensure that New phone was totally loaded, verified all items, contacts etc.. were exactly as I prefer. He set-up my military discount account, processed the entire entitlement. In a nut shell, I walked away with a phone set up as specified in every way. I had to do nothing. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANYTHING VERIZON - DO NOT GO TO THE STORE ON MALL ROAD - DO NOT, I SAY AGAIN DO NOT USE MALL ROAD.

Hebron store was not helpful at all getting the billing corrected. Took 3 months to get it fixed. So today....I tried to process a repair on the phone for the screen but they started a clam back for the phone I paid for already. So a claim can't be done till the other is resolved. Uhh!! So I've been paying for a warranty monthly that will not fix this specific phone.They assured me YES! Well that is not correct my phone is the only one not covered by my warranty. When I called to ask about it and explain the issue, I was told that he can't expect them to know what phones are not covered. Well my phone is only phone they sell that is not covered. Read moreShawn had us change all of our phone packages, add all of these different (great sounding!) services, make promises out the wazoo, only to have our bill go to $460 for 2 upgrades with trade ins and a watch with trade in. He had us write a 5 star review before checking us out. We tried to call and get this resolved but he said we had to come in the store because our information was private? We had the security code and everything. We ended up trying to resolve it at the corporate store and they said they couldn’t do anything because Hebron Verizon is privately owned. He mislead us to upgrade and add streaming services with the promise of low prices that did not reflect in the bill. We were there for 5 hours the first time.
