Firehouse Subs Hebron — Restaurant in Kentucky

So I ordered at first the prime stake and the guy rung me up as a Philly stake and cheese I didn't realize till I got in the car and looked. I went and told them and showed them what I wanted and they said they don't have it ( why didn't the cashier tell me ) so the nicely made me Philly cheesecake ( I asked for only stake cheese and the grilled onions that's it) came home and it is coved in mayo and I never asked for it i said only the cheese onions and meat I thought that was pretty clear and there was like no cheese at all and covered top to bottom with mayo . I even said when they made the sandwich I was sorry but my bf won't eat it cause he don't like mayo . So I don't know if they where mad or what but when I first placed my order the cashier didn't tell me they didn't have it he just said stake and cheese I go yea the prime stake sandwich and even explain what I wanted on it . I’ve been coming to the Hebron location 4-6 times a month for the past 9 months the last 2 times were my deciding factor that I won’t be back to this location I waited over 29 mins for my order while on my lunch break when I expressed I wanted a refund because I was told it would be 5-10 more mins my food was hurriedly thrown together I ordered a med steak no onion or mustard add banana peppers and was giving a sandwich full of onions no banana peppers. I want to preface by saying the food was correct and honestly pretty good. My wife loves firehouse, she gets it a lot but this was my first time picking up our order and I was treated like a complete idiot. I didn't know you just grabbed your food and walked out without even talking to anyone. I coukdnt get anyone's attention to ask to I went to the register and was made to feel stupid for not knowing my food was already by the door.
