Starbucks — Restaurant in Kentucky

For this being a nice add on to kroger, I have NEVER in my life seen workers move so slow to make a cup of coffee in my life. Rhe girls that work there have a line on both sides and move so slow to make coffee and take orders and are more interested in gossiping with one another than getting the orders made. You should not have to wait 15 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee. You 3 girls working at the same time and they just could not get coordinated enough to get the orders made quickly. I watched other customers who are in just as much a rush as I am waiting impatiently to get their order so they can go about their day. Every Starbucks I have been to either it be stand alone or in a grocery store moves with ease and quickness to get the order out ad quickly as possible but these girls do not care enough about the customers and their lives to move it fast enough. After waiting 10 minutes to get my order then another 10 to make it I spent 20 minutes just getting my coffee. Definitely not worth my 7 dollars or recommend to anyone else. I am a usual customer at this Starbucks and have not had any problems up until today. I was in line behind two other customers and ordered my drinks with no problems. However, while waiting for my drinks, two Kroger employees ordered AFTER me and got their drinks before everyone else that was already waiting. At this point I had been waiting for around 15 minutes for my two drinks. Finally my name gets called and one of the drinks was not what I ordered. I had to wait another 5 minutes for the drink to be made after another customers drink was made before mine. To top it all off when I got out to my car, already frustrated with my service thus far, and started to drive away, on of the drinks spilled all over my car because the lid was too big for the cup size that I had. I ordered on a half price Thursday offer in December. The barista (Macie) stated it was illegal to honor the half off drink offer on my app!! I replied that I had just ordered one there last Thursday with no problems. Macie replied "Who was it? Because they can be fired!" I asked if she was new and Macie responded "No! I've been here a year!" After leaving and paying full price I contacted Starbucks who apologized and informed me that they absolutely can honor half price offers. The next day I contacted Macie's Manager who apologized and said there absolutely is no reason not to honor the offer! It's one thing to be misinformed about how to do your job but this young girl was the most disrespectful and rude person! I will go out of my way from now on for kind and respectful service at a...
