Expired Robot — Local services in Butler

I’d like to add a note to the lady that left the 1 star review in April of 2024. First, all you have to do is see all of the 5 star reviews for this shop to know something is way off base with her review. I can state that I happened to be in the store when this interaction occurred and her assessment of the situation is highly exaggerated and plain made up. In no way was Brad (the owner) mean, rude or disrespectful. In truth, it was the other way around. These two individuals spent the better part of 20 minutes reading through full magazines and graphic novels without any intention of ever purchasing anything. Ten minutes in, Brad asked in a friendly way, if they needed any help which was met with just ‘no, just browsing.’ 10-15 minute more of just reading cover to cover a few items resulted him in mentioning - rightly so - that the store was not a library. Your local comic shop isn’t Barnes And Nobles. This prompted the lady to become unhinged, resulting in the clearly over the top and false review. Why Expired Robot is my favorite place to go for TCG Supplies is for many reasons. One being the customer support is fantastic the owner is truly the best guy in the world! Two not only do they have supplies for what you need but if they don’t it’s ordered and he restocks it. Three never in my life going to this shop does it not bring me with the most joy in the world but I can express that joy and talk without any judgment. I have been to almost all the TCG Shops in New Jersey because I attend card signings and the shows and the only place that actually is the greatest experience out of them all is Expired Robot! I am a YouTuber/Collector and eBay seller which I try to be the best I can ever be at what I do. I use a LOT of TopLoaders and Sleeves and Expired Robot always has my back!! I am the Tall dude that always comes in and gets stuff! Your shop has been so helpful and you are so kind! I appreciate everything you have done for me too.
