Honestly this Panera location struggles so much I don’t know how they are still open. I understand they are a new location that just opened over the summer, but management needs to make changes. My husband and I come here often (for convenience and closeness to our home) and almost every time there is a problem with our order. Bacon missing from sandwiches, desserts missing from our bags, etc. The drive- thru always takes more than 10 minutes. Today I went to dine-in with a friend this afternoon and every seat & table was dirty with crumbs on the table tops and floors. I returned in the evening to order at the drive-thru and was told to wait for an order in the parking lot and someone would bring my order to me when it was ready. I waited in my car for 15 minutes in the designated drive-thru spot when I realized something had to be wrong. I got out of my car and went inside and inquired about my order. The staff behind the counter looked so scattered and disorganized and the girl didn’t know the whereabouts of my order when I asked. I told her my order again and she looked around and pointed to a bag sitting on the counter and told me that someone must’ve forgotten to bring it out to me. This Panera is really frustrating. I think she is the manger her name is Sarah maybe. she made me the cappuccino very dark and strong, so I told her can you go heavier on milk, she give me attitude and said that the machine made it like this it’s not me I told her I just got it yesterday from her and it was not dark as this so can u adjust it with more milk. Read moreAfter receiving my dinner order I got in my car and headed home. I peaked in the bag a bit because I knew they sometimes forget things. The bag however was taped shut with a sticker and already ripping so I did not check throughly enough. BIG mistake, got home missing my daughters food. I called 3 times and no one answered. I went back to the locations to request my missing food and be compensated for their error and my inconvenience. The manager stated all he could do was “give” me my soup or a refund. I told him your not giving me anything because I paid for the soup and you forgot to give it to me. At the end I left with the soup and nothing to recognize they were at fault. They cost me gas money, time and a cold meal. I tried very hard to cook at home and lately eating out is a luxury for us and many families.
