Being my hometown mall this was built after I left in '78. The Pathmark is the anchor store/grocery and since the closing of their competitors does a good business. For a town of 10,000 the mall is a nice place to do shopping with local businesses that help keep the money in the area. The mall is in fact one of the last built up commercial properties along Rte.. 23 before you get to the rural stretch of highway into...

A truly truly bizarre mall. It's more like a super market that has a hallway in between it and the shops. I felt like I was entering the 'red room' from Twin Peaks when I walked in here. It has a chilling vibe, but all in all it's better than nothing! I like that it has a movie theater a super market and chinese restaurant and of course the after school karate program! Stop n Shop is very well managed....well stocked....just a bit overpriced compared to an ShopRite. Excellent daily discount racks for general merchandise, bakery goods and produce....and by no means on the way to rotten regarding fresh food items. My first stop before I shop for anything as you never know what you'll find on...
