I had to call Heiman because we ran out of propane at home. I had no idea until we had run out how low we were as I didn't know how to check. When I called them up, they informed me that they usually do runs in my town on Mondays (it was a Tuesday afternoon) but would have someone out asap. She then asked if we had run out, and I said yes. They had someone come out first thing the next morning and got it all filled up. And the technician told me how to check the gage in the future, so I can schedule something ahead of time too! They were very fast and friendly the entire time, and I'll definitely be using them...
