Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Butler

I always get my drinks with the lids not on all the way it seems like.. well the other day on my way to work I got a 44oz sweet tea with peach and she brought out my drink and didn't get maybe 15 steps away and the lid came off as I was putting it down and the tea went all over my clothes my car and all my personal items in the front seat I yelled for her to come back and explained calmly what happened and that I would like another tea and to this time please check and make sure that the lid is on all the way.. well I got my new tea and guess what the lid was more off than the last lid ugh so I explained not so calmly but not angry either just a little aggravated about how important it is to take pride in everything you do and to make sure lids are on drinks especially when something has happened like it had and your asked to make sure it's on good. She expressed that she didn't make the tea I said well that's even more reason to check and make sure it's on good since the customer asked.. I will go back but the young carhops don't take pride in there work some of them and it shows is all.. I try to help and give good solid pointers when I do go but I'm not thinking they are taking them...

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a order of chili cheese tots! The cheeseburger had too much sauce on it ran all down the front of my shirt too much lettuce couldn't even taste the hamburger the hamburger was so dry look like it had been cooked all day long my chili cheese cheese tots I think they were afraid they were going to run out of chili cuz it barely had any chili on it and the tots were so hard you couldn't even chew them so you know they wasn't fresh I will not be going back to that Sonic in Butler Missouri again that was very nasty place to eat food was awful for what you have to pay for food they ought to make it fresh and good and there wasn't that many people there so they can't say they...

Equipment isn't kept functioning properly so the order taker messes up order and then comes out with attitude accusing me of ordering wrong then accused of yelling at the kiosk and then accused of being rude with the car hop. All I wanted was raspberry unsweetened tea. First off, wasn't yelling, I am hard of hearing so I do speak up. Never gave attitude til the oder taker started then I started losing my temper but never lost it. Left without my tea. Not a good impression left with someone passing through.
