Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Butler

My reviews for this particular Pizza Hut keep changing over time, and not for the better.

My last experience there was my last. We will not be going back.

After waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled delivery time I tried calling to find out what was going on. I got some foreign man I could barely understand who eventually understood my problem and tried to put my through to my Pizza Hut, only for them to never pick up the phone. I sat on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up in frustration. My husband encouraged me to try again so I did. A different foreign man answered and when I told him I didn't hear what he said and could he repeat it he put me on hold without a word, where I was then hung up on after 5 minutes of horrible Pizza Hut advertisements. We were now an hour past my scheduled delivery time, and it was my wedding anniversary and we'd had plans. Ugh. That's what I get for choosing Pizza Hut. I drive to the Pizza Hut only to get a wide eyed employee making excuses at me because she's so busy she's sweating, and tells me the delivery guy is out. I asked if that meant I was going to get hour+ old pizza delivered to my house. She found my order, still on the shelf, not even out yet. She offered it to me. I took one look at it and said I wasn't going to pay for, or eat it, looking that old and nasty. She offered to remake it all, but somehow I was the only one saying sorry at this point. I go sit in my car for 20 minutes, go back in, am handed my order, complete with BBQ sauce all over several boxes, and we then proceeded to spend another 15 minutes trying to pay for the food, but without paying the $5 non-driver-tip delivery fee Pizza Hut delightfully charges anymore. It took 3 employees 15 minutes to figure that out. And they never offered a discount, or coupon, or anything to make up for their poor...

I'm sure there were having a bad day but I have to say that is the worst Pizza Hut experience I have ever had . My husband and I arrived at 6:40 there was two very dried up pieces of pizza on the buffet. The salad was horrible. The phone was ringing off the hook and the manager apologized after I asked her if she was how many people's job she was doing. Then she brought us sodas said she had two trainees no ice in our sodas. I literally ate to dried up cinnamon sticks and one slice of pizza that was dry and old period took no drink of my soda. My husband did not even finish his salad because it was disgusting. And he did not even eat one piece of pizza nor take a drink of his soda with no ice. Being in the position of not having enough help in the past myself I tried to be understanding but let her know I thought that we should not have to pay for our meal because quite honestly we really didn't eat anything worth paying for. The manager Riva I believe was her name took it upon herself to charges for a kids buffet and then give us her discount. I realize people have bad days but I still decide to write this review because I think it should have been free of charge not our fault that the place was in such a wreck. I've had so many issues ordering at this Pizza hut. Several times I've ordered online only to have the price different when I get there. Most times when I arrive before the order is to be completed (so I can pay before the pizza is finished) only to find my order is done and sitting in the warmer long before my pick up time. Tonight I had mess up with my wings order and was told I could substitute bread sticks for them at a discount for my troubles, so we went ahead and got some. When I arrived the manager say that wasn't happening and wasn't approved by her. She didn't even offer an apology of any kind, which is frustrating because without being told that we wouldn't have ordered the bread sticks since we only wanted wings.
