After having enough of spending $80 every other week for ink cartridges to refill my Epson Workforce (purchased from Staples in 2023) I purchased a high end Epson ET15000 printer on Dec 26, 2024 on promotion for $499.98. Reg $650. + insurance plan for an additional $50. This was the only option available that printed 13”x19” sheet sizes, a size that I print regularly for my business. I was stoked, until I got it set up and attempted to print some transparency sheets of that size for work. After 10 failed attempts @$2 cost per sheet, I decided to return it, as I was still within the 14 day return window. That was 8 days ago and I am still waiting for my refund. The clerk told me it would be returned on my Apple Cash account in 2 days. Then it was 5 days. Then I called and talked to Todd, who said it is out of their hands and there is nothing he can do about it. You need to contact Apple. WTF! I brought it back to the store I bought it from in Butte , MT with my receipt, the product was defective, the money came straight out of my Apple Cash funds the second I purchased it, was told it would be back on there in 2 days, then 5, then on the 7th day Todd tells me he can’t help me. On the 8th day, still waiting, I called corporate and spoke with Moa, who was very compassionate, and explained it would be back in my account within 7 days of printer returning to the warehouse. Of course the store rep she spoke to didn’t have any tracking info nor could they tell her when it was shipped back. So now I sit here with my thumb up my ass, no printer, and no funds set aside to buy another one. Not f’n happy, I will not be shopping or sending anyone to this store. I would rather travel 60 miles in a snow storm to Bozeman or Helena before I patronize the Butte Staples...

We've needed a lot of tech to get our business up and running - and they have not only found us what we need in store, but have often had to special order in products to meet our specific needs. They always work to keep us on budget with items being delivered on time - which isn't always easy with current shipping demands. I can't say enough good things about this store and their awesome management...
Read moreFYI- After calling in advance about UPS/ Amazon returns and given a green light, I drove a long way to return my order where I was then informed that they don't receive Amazon returns unless you have a pre printed label. Oddly long pauses in the phone conversation as well. Thankfully there is a UPS store not far where I made it w a minute to spare before closing. Hopefully Staples can adjust their policy in the future....
