Subway — Restaurant in Butte

My husband and I were at your store Friday, May 21st the store was very busy. The young man that was there working was very friendly and fast at his job. This young man probably makes minimum wage, he deserves much much more. Now a days there are not to many people that want to work, so when a business gets a person this young to work for them. They should pay him his weight in gold, show him how much he means to your business and how much he is appreciated or he will just move on to a business that appreciates his hard work and friendliness. I have worked in the public everyday for the last 25 years and believe me u it is not easy. please tell this young man he is a very hard worker and we appreciated his service. Went there on my lunch break. Ordered 4 sliders. During me order they grabbed backups out of the cooler because salami was empty. Dropped something on the floor and looked at it for a good minute. The girl was trying to get a piece of cheerleader it off the toaster for another minute or so before finishing up my food. After my food was in the toaster and finished the dinner grate in the back of it fell on my food she says she had to remake it. After I told them what I wanted on my other sliders he said oh these don't feel toasted and proceeded to put the back in the toaster with my toppings a dressing on them. They remade the other things. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, the only customer in the store, and the employees working not only did not greet me, they did not even look at me, ask how I could be helped, etc. Nothing. I stood there for several minutes and had to be the one to engage. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location. Both with customer service and quality/correct mobile order. I will gladly drive out of my to go uptown in the future as they are absolutely fantastic. Management needs to step into the Harrison location and take a good look at what is really going on in their restaurant. 0 out of 5 stars, highly recommend...
