Read moreAs soon as we opened the doors we were greeted and sat down in a booth. (We were also asked whether we wanted to sit in the bar or the restaurant. We said the restaurant because I'm underage.) I got the Chicken Alfredo, my dad got the artichoke dip and the Rancher pizza and our family friend got the Smokehouse burger and the Lodgepoles. Personally I wasn't very satisfied with my chicken alfredo because they marinated the chicken in a certain way that I didn't like. Of course, this is purely opinion, so you might like the chicken yourself. Everything else about the pasta was pretty alright, not the best or worst I've had. I do recommend it! I didn't hear any complaints about the Rancher pizza from my dad, so I take it that he liked it. He absolutely LOVED the artichoke dip! Our family friend liked that the chips used for it didn't break up into small sharp pieces as he was eating. The Smokehouse burger looked amazing!! The bun was branded like a cow, and we all thought that was really cool! (We come from Whidbey Island in Washington so we've never seen that before.) He really liked the burger and ate it all. I tried the fries for the burger and, again, it was AMAZING!!! As someone who is constantly on the lookout for potato dishes, mostly fries, these fries go to the top 2 for the best! I didn't hear any complaints about the Lodgepoles and the family friend ate them all, so I think he liked them too. Now about the customer service... OUTSTANDING! The employees made it seem like it wasn't a big deal at all when we asked if we could take a certain ingredient off the meal or get us a new drink and etc. We had gotten (I didn't see his name) the limping employee. He was funny and seemed to have a good spirit since he was still working with such an injury. He seemed to always know when we needed something. He was so delightful we gave him a large tip. We all hope he's doing alright. For all three of us it only cost about $73, not including tip. Very affordable, and would...
Read moreStopped in for lunch last week - ordered one large thin crust pizza. Watched two other larger parties be seated after we came in, their orders were taken, their food was brought to their table, they finished eating and left - and we still hadn't gotten our pizza! After waiting 45 minutes after our order was taken, my wife asked the hostess if she could talk to the manager, as our waiter was avoiding us like the plague. Every time we tried to flag him down or make eye contact with him, he quickly turned the other way. So the manager on shift came to our table and told us we really hadn't been waiting that long - only about 29 minutes. My wife begged to differ with her, and the manager got very defensive and basically called my wife a liar. About 10 minutes later our pizza arrived and it was tasty as usual. They did knock 5 bucks off our pizza, but it still didn't make up for the almost one hour we had to wait for it. I usually don't give bad reviews, but this is the third time in a row we have eaten here and it has taken a ridiculous amount of time to get our food. And we always have to ask our waiter multiple times for sugar for our tea until they finally bring it. Often I will get up and walk around the restaurant until I find the sweetener container myself. I don't know if they have been short on staff or if they forget to put orders in, etc. but if this continues to happen, we definitely will not come as often as we have in the past (several times per month). I would feel differently if our waiter had come to our table to tell us what had actually happened with our order instead of avoiding us. And then the manager comes to our table and argues with us? Come on, folks - what has happened to your customer service? Have you gotten so big and popular that you don't...
