HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My self and six of my coworkers went in at 630pm for some food and beer on the 28th of March.
What we got was a waitress (Lexis) that kept us waiting for 20 minutes before bringing us any drinks or taking our order. When she finally took our order my co workers appetizer (15 more minutes) came out cold. After finally seeing her again (20 more minutes) he asked for new caso but possibly warm. She gave a snapy âugh, sureâ response and 10 minutes later brought a half size cup and said âwell some one else got this for me so I dont know whatâs going onâ and dropped it on the table and left. After realizing this one was also cold we repeated this process one more time adding 20 more minutes before we saw her again. Surprise it was cold a third time. Food came out and it was forgotten as our wings were actually warm. More attitude was given when we asked for silverware. 6 people needed silverware and she brought one set.
After waiting 20 more minutes we finally got up and started walking around the restaurant grabbing any we could find. When we finally saw lexis again I asked to see the manager.
The manager was not present so a shift supervisor showed up to help us out. She listened as I politely explained our situation and the service we received. She said she was sorry and would comp us on our bill. Lexis showed up giving every excuse as to why her night was so bad and how she didnât mean to give us attitude. Still not taking responsibility for her own actions we waited another 20 min for our bill. She showed up with a new excuse that her dog died a couple of minutes ago and her husband called her. Great, so go home and deal with it. That still didnât explain why our service was so terrible before your dog left this world.
We left after seeing we got a whole 5.00 off our bill. That did t even cover the points by coworker used for his cold and uneaten appetizer. I have never not tipped before but this was one for the record books.
I Bring co workers here all year long for training and I will not set foot in this...
Read moreI took my daughter and my mother in law on a Saturday early afternoon for lunch. We walked in and it was less than half full. We waited for about 5 minutes at the front and a girl walked over wearing what looked like pajama pants and a t-shirt and asked us if we minded sitting at the high top tables. My mother in law is in her 70âs so I asked if we could possibly sit at one of the many open tables or a booth. She said she canât. She said thereâs only one waitress and I canât sit anyone in the tables or booths. I double checked with my mother in law and we decided it would be fine. Once sat down we waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come and ask us if we wanted a drink. This was another lady who I believe was behind the bar. She took our drink and appetizer order and we began our long wait. We waited for 45 minutes and still had not receive our appetizer, chips and guacamole. We were starving at this point so I asked the lady who sat us if there was an ETA at least on our chips and guacamole. She went into the kitchen and said your food also just came out so I will get that to you right away. Well we got our appetizer and our stone cold food all at once. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with tots. My MIL and daughter ordered wings. I am not exaggerating when I tell you our food was cold. It was cold. We were so hungry we ate a little bit and I said letâs go. Not one time did a waitress check on us in the hour and a half we were there. There were MANY tables experiencing what we were. Terrible service and will never go there again. I had to go to the bar and ask for my check just so we...
Read moreThis was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a BWW. We love BWW, but this experience was enough to make me think twice about getting them again. We had been driving all day from Washington and were excited that there was a BWW so close to our hotel! I placed an online order. It was supposed to be ready at 8:10 pm. I walked in at 8:09pm. The gentleman behind the pickup counter was leaning against the wall, he barely looked up and said, "Online order for Rachel?" "Yes, I'm Rachel!" "It's gonna be at least five minutes." "Five minutes? Okay, I'll wait outside." He just turned and walked away. I went back out to my car. I told my wife how rude he was. She said she could tell just by his body language. I kept looking in the building, so that I could go in as soon as my order was ready. About 8:17 I saw him walking out of the building. I rolled my window down, as he was handing me the order. "Thank you so much!", I said. He didn't say a word! Not you're welcome, thank you, have a good night. Nothing. He just huffed and turned his back and walked back into the building. I was in complete shock! I couldn't believe it. This was the first time I had ever visited this location. When passing through Butte,MT, I'm not sure I would eat here again. We've visited a lot of BWW's and often the order is incorrect, but nothing compares to...
