Read moreI was there for a baby shower of about 35 ladies and their small kids, mostly babies and toddlers. Silver Bow did not alot enough tables to the party and were kind of annoyed we asked for more tables to accommodate the guests. Then the cashier apparently rang us up for a birthday party package and when we went to pick up our pizzas we were told he'd made an error and it seemed they wanted more money. When we asked to speak to the manager and said that was not our error and they could've told us as soon as they discovered their error, we were basically told we were lucky they did not toss us out because we brought in a couple 2 liters of soda for the toddlers, which apparently is not allowed but we did not know that. You used to be able to get pitchers of soda for parties but now all they seem to be interested in is how much $$$ they can get from you so they wanted more for additional cups which doesn't make sense for 2 year olds. They charge you $1 for a little plastic cup for extra sauce or ranch dressing. They did not have pot holders to carry the pizzas to our tables. Instead we were given a wad of paper place mats to use. Overall the customer service sucked and the manager was rude, causing a scene at the register in front of other customers and delaying the delivery of the food and shower games so guests had to leave early. Silver Bow used to be THE place to go for parties like this but I don't think any of us will be back to be honest after...
Read more11.3.21 update: While ordering online can be tricky timing-wise, the staff are truly very friendly and accomodating. As everything has adjusted to being so much busier, I definitely noticed that the drop in accuracy in my orders went away. Silver Bow is back as my favorite pizza place anywhere, not just Butte.
Previous: Ok, here's the thing: I adore Silver Bow's pizza. I wasn't thrilled with the remodel as I have been coming here since I was itty bitty, but since the food stayed the same, they have kept my business.
The last week or so, service has been lackluster. Everyone has been super friendly about it. Between my brother, mother, and myself, we have had 3 orders lost, and 1 missing ingredients. And all but that last one were orders placed in person, not online.
As this is a recent development, I am fervently hoping it's just the staff getting used to the insane number of tourists that have flooded our town. And the food really is worth the hassle to me.
Walking in the doors smells like going home, in a eay, even if it looks almost nothing like the Silver Bow of my childhood (in some ways that's good; that carpet really...
