OAKLEY VAULT — Local services in Byron Township

I’m a 49 year old, Marine who’s been around the block a few times so believe me when I say, these guys were absolutely the most helpful and respectful gentleman I’ve met in a long time. I’ve owned several pair of Oakley’s with 1other than this purchase being custom. Their willingness to exceed customer expectations and professionalism should be commended! They built my sunglasses to the exact specs that I asked for and in a timely fashion. They also offered up the fact that I do qualify for a Military discount which was quite substantial. The store itself was clean and in perfect order making it comfortable to shop. My new glasses fit and look perfect. My last custom pair of Oakley’s are now at the bottom of a nearby lake otherwise I wouldn’t have had to purchase another pair. Overall this store and its representatives get a 5+ star rating, and if I ever need another pair will go visit this...

I am not happy with this store. Went in there today to purchases sunglasses and the guy helping me was very rude and not helpful. I picked 2 sunglasses and purchased them he came back out with the classes in a case. They had issues with the register, but i walked out with them one was from clearance and other was not clearance. I opened up the full price option (paid 213) and went to put them on and there was face grease and dirt on the nose pads and the lenses had tons of scratches. Brandon was awesome! Really. I've been in one form of customer service or another for 20+ years and the dudes good! He politely asked for permission to excuse himself from our interaction each time a new customer walked in and each time a customer had a question or was ready to check out. The store was too busy for most people to juggle each task effectively but he handled it very well and never showed any frustration, if anything he just showed more urgency to assist everyone with each move he made. Brandon should either have help at all times, be paid commission on top of his salary, or be paid more. You'll be very sad if you over work him and he seeks...
