Iâve experienced horrible service at this location numerous times with just one individual worker. She works the night shift, and has super dark curly hair (couldnât get her name, because once she makes a rude comment she wonât come back to the window to hand out the drink). The last 2 times Iâve came with my boyfriend to get a drink & sweet treat after work, she has taken our order with such a rude demeanor. She takes the order as if she HATES her job! We try to be patient, and understand that after having a long day at work youâre ready to go home, etc. Her demeanor still doesnât change, and because of her lack of communication at the speaker she âincorrectly hearsâ what we order even though itâs correct on the screen. So, when we get to the window and ask to have the drink that SHE misheard made correctly, she grabs it and makes unnecessary remarks such as âugh this always happensâ. Unfortunately though it wouldnât âalwaysâ happen if she could take the time to slow down, and listen without getting snappy. She sighs each time that we ask for an extra straw, or napkin. The first mishap we had with this worker was that the last time we came through she handed us a cup with a crack in it that leaked all over my car and me. So, when asking for napkins, she made it a huge deal. After the way she acted tonight, and the comment she made it really makes me contemplate not going back when i absolutely LOVEE starbs!!! All of the other workers are so sweet, and havenât treated us like weâre inconveniences. I would really love it if she maybe got a job that sheâd enjoy a little more, or if managers could have a talk, and not allow this behavior.    Read moreI go to this Starbucks nearly every day, and I always place a mobile order ahead of time so I can just walk in and grab my drink instead of waiting in the drive-through line. When I got there today there was a sign on the door telling everyone to go to the drive-through line. I had already placed and paid for my order online and could see my items sitting on the counter. The line was wrapped all the way around the building and there was no way I was going to make my appointment if I was to wait in that line. The most frustrating part of the entire ordeal is that I watched them hand another customer their drink through the front door and then denied me when I approached the door and then told me I needed to wait in line. Thatâs was absolutely not OK. I donât understand why the store would be taking mobile orders but then making the customers wait in line anyway. I understand if customers cannot be allowed into the store due to Covid but in that case people should be notified of this and not able to make a mobile order. After this I called the store to try to get a refund and they notified me that they cannot do that and I would have to call Starbucks customer service. Needless to say getting a hold of the correct person to help me was really a pain and quite frustrating but they were able to refund me. I met my dad here for coffee we went in they took like 3 minutes to even ask us to order mind you we were the only people they're they're was 2 females and a male working 2 of them were on the phones. They had horrible attitudes they were just awful you could feel the tension I'm the place like they did not want to be at work they hated they're lives. So he starts our order doesn't make eye contact doesn't greet us nothing.. and taps his pen on the register the entire time we're ordering... 2 minutes later gets my dad his coffee and it starts to get a few people In There, I ordered a Frappuccino same time as my dad our order was together... 20 minutes of watching them make drinks for online orders and taking driv thrus.. literlty like 15 plus drinks were made.. they still hadn't even started mine.. now I came here to .eet my dad for coffee before work so I wasn't like in a huge rush bit I also didn't expect 20 minutes for nothing after standing there my dad asks hey sorry to bother you but do you know how much longer it will be for her drink.. she says we haven't started it yet.. I'm like it's fine you can just refund it and forget about it. Because at that point I was rushing to get to work. They refunded it and didn't apologize or anything. Horrible experience. And...
