Went into the store the girl barely glanced up and said nothing to me, which you know maybe she is busy so I just started filling my little candy bag. I was the only patron at the store at that moment. Two minutes lady a white lady came in the store and the girl perked up and gave her the whole “Welcome to the Candy Store let me know if I can help you with anything.” For context I’m a hefty dark skinned person. Her not saying one word to me and then greeting the only other guest in the store like that really made me feel awkward. I didn’t even finish shopping. I put the bag on the counter and walked out. There cotton candy vending machine charged me but errored out and never gave my daughter her cotton candy. Called the number, stopped at the store, and sent an email. Zero response in 2 weeks. I get it was only $8 but your customer service or lack there of is terrible. Store also has a terrible...
