I called 6/05/2020 to have carpets removed and hardwood floors refinished. I called several times over several weeks with no response. Finally, someone came out to measure (10 days ago) and would get back with me about a quote on doing the removal of carpet and later what the timeline would be to refinish the hardwood floors.
