Made the mistake of sending my wonderful wife for 2 identical LVL beams. With my dimensions of 79" long, one was cut short (freehand with a sawzall) and the other end looked like it had spent time in a puddle, and the other beam was 90" with a crack perpendicular to the layers about 13" in, giving me 77" of solid beam. I was able to make them work for my application and didn't want the hassle of driving back to town to return and purchase elsewhere. I prefer to support a smaller local business, but not when they sell this.

We ran into an odd difficulty with a plumbing rehab; the drain line to the shower was never installed in alignment with the shower basin drain. The p trap needed to be rotated to a vertical alignment, but no p trap can turn that way. ACE employee JP suggested installing a piece of 2" Spa line, which has enough flexibility to get the parts aligned. Brilliant! It's all back together and doesn't leak.

Good Ace to stop and pick up something needed for the house or yard. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff supporting stock in the isles. Stopped here for a bathroom faucet cartridge to repair a leak. The exact cartridge for the faucet was on hand.
