Initially I reviewed this location as 5 stars, super friendly and helpful staff. my top pick of tobacco stores in the area, also having a great rewards program, but after today, the lady that was in on the night 10/10/25 was not very helpful. I came in and asked for slapwoods without even looking she said “we dont have slapwoods” I then pointed to the two full boxes behind her and she THEN proceeds to ring me up, idk what that was about but I wont let one bad apple spoil the bunch. I still like this location, maybe a little more training is needed...

Love this store and their products. Isiah was the nicest employee and so helpful. Answered all my questions about new vape pens I wanted to try. I also bought a new vaporizer and he recommended a new juice because my former juice had been discontinued. I would admit some great prices but as far as helping me with flavors, that did not happen.. I ended up with something with a super bad after taste and asked for a refund and even offered to give them my new vape that I didn’t even buy there and they told me they couldn’t do that but could give me a discount on something else.
