Subway — Restaurant in Cabot

I went to this establishment at 11:30am on Sunday October 8th, 2023. The young woman who took my order was so hostile. She never greeted me or my partner. She just gave us an annoyed look when we came up to the counter to order. We ordered the new monster and boss sandwiches from the elite series. They have predetermined ingredients for each sandwich, but she decided to ask us what we wanted on them instead of turning around and looking at the menu board. I had to tell her the type of cheese that I wanted multiple times because she kept forgetting. My partner ordered the boss and should have gotten mozzarella and parmesan cheese but instead got American cheese on the sandwich. I ordered the monster sandwich and I had to ask the young woman to put bacon on my sandwich right before she was going to wrap it up. She would have left it off if I didn't say anything. There was another woman in charge of the cash register. The young woman that made the sandwiches told the person that was running the cash register that I ordered an outlaw. The person that was running the cash register was completely rude to me by saying that I should've known to order the monster instead. I ordered the monster in the first place, and the young woman that made my sandwich didn't take accountability for her mistake. The floor manager was watching the whole situation unfold and didn't take care of it at all. Instead she was talking with some young guys and was planning on hiring them. It was a complete mess. On top of the whole experience, the actual sandwich was mediocre at best. There was barely any meat to fill the sandwich and the prices are not reasonable. I will be going to jersey mikes...

I called two days in advance to have two sandwich platters made for my baby shower. They told me that the platters would be ready at 11:30 am the day of the shower and my shower started at 12:00 pm. On the day of my shower, my father went to pick up the platters and the workers said they "forgot" to make them and that our order was misplaced behind another order. This was 30 minutes before the shower started!! I was responsible for providing half of the food for my guests and we were relying on this subway to have the platters made and ready to go. Since subway did not follow through with the order, my baby shower was ruined and we did not have enough food for our guests. This subway did not offer to compensate for their mistake and we received a lousy "I'm sorry" and no offer to fix their mistake. If anyone needs catering, go to Panera! This subway is NOT reliable...just a bunch of teenagers who don't know how to...

Me and my boyfriend went here. We had not been to Subway in a long time, so we were going to try it out for our Friday night dinner! The staff barely spoke to us And basically acted like they were just ready for us to leave instead of helping us with our order. All of the containers holding vegetables were mixed with other things. We asked "when were these cut" because they looked like they had been sitting out awhile. They assured us they were "just cut" but when we got home we could tell that they were NOT fresh at all. The sandwiches were so bad neither of us finished our 6" and threw the remaining 6" if the footlomg away. The lettuce was slimey. The workers were rude. The store was not clean.
