Nice little place to sit and watch the ducks and geese, take a walk, let the kids play. Be aware of water moccasins. Anyone under 16 can fish here without a fishing license. Haven't been to the Cabot Community Pond in years. I went yes for my nephew's birthday. The city did an awesome job on making the pond look nice. It is beautiful. There is a walking track around the entire perimeter with bridges connecting each side. The parking lot is paved. Last time I was there it was gravel. There's plenty of playground equipment.
