Cato Fashions — Local services in Cabot

I like CATO and I usually make my purchases at the Cabot location. I was in there this morning and I had a sudden urgency to use the restroom. I was informed by the clerk that the bathroom was closed because she had just mopped. I continued but my urgency got very urgent and asked to use the restroom again. The clerk said to me, " As I told you before, the rest room is closed. We don't have customers that come in and asked to use the rest room first thing in the morning." I realized she had just mopped and may have been concerned about my safety of slipping, but evidently she has never had a sudden onset of my such problem. She was not concerned about me or my problem. I had to walk swiftly out of the store and go a couple of stores down to use the restroom. I will drive to Cabot, AR to go to this particular store. I could go to Conway or Searcy and they are equally as close. I like this store because of the wonderful women who work there. I truly enjoy the clearance racks. I like to order from the internet and send it to this store. There is a lot of bargains online that are not in the store. The charge for sending to the store is $0. But the ladies asked me if I would have them to order what I wanted online so their store would get credit and not the warehouse. I stated that it might take a lot of time to type it all in and they said, that is our job and we are happy to do it for you. Service with a smile and that will get me every time.
