I know that customer service you have to put on a smile and generally focus on your customers concerns but let me tell you that this young ladie Katie did not only help me but went above and beyond for me not only did she risk losing money by spending extra time with the issue we were having but she keep a very positive and professional attitude with me and the with the people at Verizon financial department at one point they redirected her to another department that was not even to the correct one....she had to explain the issue several times and still maintained a great attitude and I am thankful for her and with the whole team and the level of great attitude that she has .....you can't teach that and for that I'm thankful as you guys should be for her being on the team ,can't say the same for the financial department who were to say the least ,apparently not held to the same standards as the rest of the team I call Version.Again KATIE THANKYOU .just for the record I was there from 1130 until almost 300 then I came back and the issue was fixed .Still had a small issue but was resolved thankyou Katie and everyone at team...
Read moreSwitching services and buying a new phone with a trade in was quite a feat for our account. Hunter helped us one day. Super funny and personable guy. Helped us order the new phone and start a new line.
Then we saw Kilie who saved the day. Apparently some things weren’t working out. It took hours. Yesterday she worked on our account for provably 5.5 hours. Then a couple more this morning. So patient and helpful. I couldn’t have done it without her. She’s my lifesaver. And needs a raise for sure! I will stick with this store and with her for my time in Arkansas for sure.

The second time I entered the store 3 different associates never even acknowledged my presence while they were with other customers. They never even said, we’ll be with you in a minute. When I entered the AT&T store earlier that day, we were greeted at the door with someone talking to us immediately even though there were several associates busy with customers. The associate I spoke with at Verizon treated us we taking up his time & he had better things to do. This is why people in Cabot take their business to Little Rock because instances like this, and this is why loyal Verizon customers...
