This place used to be an absolute dump, when we moved in 4 years ago it was chapel ridge apartments, hardly any management the pool was closed and disgusting and derelict. Then another company bought it just to flip, so they’ve were just in it for the money. This is the first time since we have lived here that people genuinely want to help and care about you enough to talk about all that you need help with, Abbi always goes above an beyond to make you feel welcome even if the problem is your fault. The improvements to the pool area and the look of the entire complex has changed drastically. The maintenance people are very friendly and down to earth. The whole complex has drastically changed for the better. The biggest improvement is having people here that relate and treat you like people instead of a number. I had been on the fence with whether or not I wanted to stay here or not after going through 4 years of absolute chaos of being bought and sold right and left and management changing hands yet again. The units feel modern, fresh, and open. The new appliances, fixtures, and flooring really elevate the space and make it feel like home rather than just “an apartment.” The common areas are also well-maintained, and management is proactive and responsive ever since I moved in 2 years ago. My only minor gripe is with the new reserved parking system. It feels a bit unnecessary to charge an extra $30 a month just to guarantee a spot as close the building as possible when it should just be first come first server-- but it's not a dealbreaker and there's usually plenty of spaces within a couple hundred feet of the building. So far we have lived here for 6 months and we really like it. They keep up with landscaping well (mowing and weed eating), the staff is always nice, maintenance is prompt with work orders, pool is well maintained, people who are a nuisance are dealt with...really we only have 2 complaints. First, our building is right next to where the garbage trucks park for the city so it brings a lot of pests around, especially raccoons (but they can't help the location, nothing they can do about it). Second, the parking lot really needs to be repaved but that would be a huge pain in the butt with all the traffic we have (and super expensive). All in all we will definitely...
