I really don't get what all of the complaining is about. It's pizza. The place is always busy every time I've gone. Guess what? If there's more than 3 other people ordering pizza at the same time you are, they're going to have to make more. And I'm not sure how everyone thinks pizza is made, but it takes at least 10 minutes just to run it through the oven. Seriously, if 10 minutes if just too long of a wait, pizza isn't the food for you, and you should probably take yourself down to the McDonalds. Having said that, the staff is also nice when I go in (maybe bc I don't gripe and complain about waiting 10 mins for food) and I've never had to wait more than 15 mins (and they definitely warned me before I ordered). You know what I have seen, just about every time I've been in there? Customers berating the employees for stuff they have no control over, a woman trying to make a scene about how she should get whatever was coming out of the oven right then bc she is apparently better than the rest of us who ordered before she showed up and shouldn't have to wait (the night before Thanksgiving, no less), and just general ugliness bc it seems most people in Cabot are too good to have to wait for anything. Perhaps more people should be nicer considering the whole reason you're even there is because you're too lazy to cook for...
Read moreI usually have good experiences here. There is usually an older gentleman, very nice and friendly. Today I went in and there was a woman that I had not seen before. Before I ordered she said she wanted to tell me what they had left, and after saying what was left she said "There is no pepperoni and I'm not making anymore because we are about to close." It was close to closing time, but it was 20 minutes. From what I had been told by other employees is that they could make anything for me in anything out 10 minutes, so if there were 20 minutes left, she should have been able to make a pizza if I requested it. I also work in a restaurant, a sit down restaurant, and if someone is inside the building and places and order even one minute before close, we make it. It's not like I was going to sit there and eat the pizza. It's to go. I settled for a sausage pizza which looks like crap by the way. The problem wasn't that I didn't get pepperoni pizza, but the woman's attitude. I am not easily upset, but it could make someone else very angry. Best to check on how your employees speak...
Read moreDropped $50 on 6 pizza's, drove 30 minutes back home to discover 4 out of 6 of my pizzas were raw. I paid 50$ for wallpaper paste pizza. And had to wait 25 minutes for it. Becky insisted i drive 30 minutes back to town with the raw pizzas and she'd recook them. Having bringing my total time spent getting ready pizzas to 2 hours. No thanks Becky, the tribe of children don't want dinner at 8pm. It's cool though, I'll save my time and gas money and finish them off in my oven. I try to be considerate considering I was in the restaurant industry for 15 years, but, the past 5 visits to your establishment and being served terrible pizza with long wait times, amd lack of customer service says I won't be back.
