I bought a couple of pieces there about 5 or so years ago, and was pleased with them. Recently I went back in to look for new furniture. It was nice to not be hassled the first visit as I explained I was basically āpre shopping ā for ideas. The next visit I had a couple of questions but nobody seemed to be available. I went back in today as I am finally ready to make a final decision and purchase. An older āladyā somewhat āgreetedā me and I explained I what I was looking for and would be paying cash-no financing. She instantly started barking about prices being on them. And was very RUDE when I asked a question. She pretty much ran...and I mean RAN me around to all her picks of āCloseoutsā telling me they had āsold a bunch of them since they labeled them close outā (I guess I thought that was like clearance) Anyway if I stopped to touch any she would glance over her shoulder and state āthatās quality thereā or āthereās another mark down over hereā. I kept trying to brush her off so I could look, but she was almost flat out hostile. When I made an attempt to look in the back part she stormed in saying āI donāt have closeout in here, itās mostly high dollar ā ( never one asked about a budget) I noted one sofa loveseat combo that both had the same price marked and asked āis this the price for both or each pieceā she snorted and said āthatās per piece honey itās leather and power itās too high for youā I had just gotten off work (nurse) I wasnāt dressed horribly. She treated me like I was looking for used prices or shotty quality. Again NEVER asked my color or style preference NEVER asked a price point. I got told what she thought including āoh thatās a sleeper sofa, YOU donāt want thatā (I had considered one but obviously I didnāt meet her criteria to own one somehow) I like to shop local, but I canāt furniture shop Cabot I guess. Iāve looked from Searcy to Little Rock to Conway. And NEVER was I this disrespected . I did go to a different store and purchase one chair and will be purchasing the rest of the pieces I want soon, Iāve narrowed it to 3 possible sets and locations. The prices at The Furniture Store Cabot were not impressive, not even the āclose outsā. Definitely not impressive enough to be rushed and backhanded insults the entire time. Definitely not to be TOLD what I did and DID NOT like or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love this store! My daughter and I first visited this store a few weeks ago to look for her a new bed. The store manager Brittany was AWESOME! She made sure we found the perfect bed that would fit her budget. My daughter loves her new bed. We took another trip in search of a coffee table for our living room. Of course our favorite lady Brittany was there to assist us in our search. With her help, we were able to find the perfect table and was able to get a 3 piece set for a very affordable price. We were all skeptical of how the set was going to fit into my Seltos but Colton and Keagan came to the rescue and were able to fit it perfectly. We thank everyone at The Furniture Store and will forever be long...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've shopped The Furniture Store many times, without making a purchase. The next visit, I will be buying a brand new leather loveseat, sofa, and recliner!! I'm so excited! This will be the first time I've ever bought brand new furniture, as everything I've ever owned was used. Jerrie is a wonderful, caring salesman. I can't wait to pick up our new furniture!! Adding after a few months of use: I wish I had shopped around for something a little more comfortable. The sofa is more comfortable than the loveseat, but the set isn't great for sitting through a movie. Almost can feel the mechanisms inside the chair as you sit. We are not heavy people, so as soon as I can, I'll be selling these and going...
