Ordered my usual Malted Brownie Bliss, but added bananas tonight. First one came out mostly melted and almost completely white, as if they hadn't mixed it well or put in any malt powder or chocolate sauce. It also had 0 brownie bits that I could find, usually there are a few on top of the whipped cream like in the picture, and generally they are blended throughout. The bananas were there though. We told them about the issues and an employee came out and told us 'The manager is on ice cream and made your blast and they said there are brownies in it, a lot of people have been putting too much toppings so we are going back to measuring the amounts.' That may have been true, but there obviously weren't enough to rank being called a Brownie Bliss, not to mention is seriously couldn't find a single one, so their solution to rogue employees overdoing it is for the managers to underdo it and still charge $6 though it has little to no toppings? So we asked for it to be remade. 5 minutes later the employee returned, and the blast looked perfect, like it should....the only problem I noticed after we left? I didn't get the added bananas we had paid for.
This has happened multiple times, and though I guess I should order something else, it's my favorite item on the menu...why shouldn't I order it and expect it to be...
Read moreWe went to your store on 2cnd st. tonight. Our covid policy is that we do not go into ANY restraunt. We have this policy to protect us as well as our customers and the employees of restraunts that we deal with on a nightly basis. We have an immu.e compromised 9 yr old and I am a cardiac patient. , we also have customers that we deliver to on a regular basis that have health issues. Tonight we were yelled at and berated by a very rude drag queen ( who by the way was in full drag at work, why is that even allowed? ) he literally was hanging out of the window arguing with us about our policy informed us to just not to bother with picking up sonic orders anymore because your policy is that delivery drivers have to park, get out of their vehicles go.inside and pick up orders. First of all we aren't your employees, second of all your employees have zero buisness disrespecting anyone, and finally as drivers we are and have a very limited amount of time to pick up and deliver each order and more often than not we get multiple orders at a time. All of that combined with taking every precaution due to covid and the new variants is why we do not and will not be going into ANY restraint to pick up food irregardless of how big of a tempertantr your employees throw in your drive...

Like most of the businesses along this road, nothing about it stands out and it looks run down. The experience of eating here is typically the same. You should expect to wait longer than you should - three minutes per corporate standard. The food is always a gamble. Sometimes your items are bagged/package appropriately. Sometimes not so much. Sometimes the food is cold. Sometimes it's warm. The only really redeeming quality is the associates. They are typically kind and seem as though they enjoy working there.
If you crave an enjoyable Sonic experience, there are better options 5-10 minutes away. This one is usually a gamble.

Not a bad Sonic. Coming from a Sonic employee, they could stand to change a thing or two. Their presentation was lacking and the food was cold. However, it was made right and both of my car hops (I visited twice) were outstanding. I hope to see improvement the next...
