I couldn't believe how amazing the manager was with helping me I believe her name was Taleatha. But I had just got out of work that night and noticed that my water pump was well I knew that I was leaking coolant!!! I knew I wasn't going to make it home.Any way something just told me to go to AutoZone!!!( Six sense,woman's intuition who knows)...But I did...when I got there and realized there was only one water pump for my vehicle in stock. which is a Buick enclave which is extremely annoying to get a water pump off and on to one of those I thought for a minute that I was just going to be stranded but with a little reassurance they let me know that everything was going to be just fine.. The situation was going to be handled..All I have to say is you have an amazing staff the associate Glen was amazing and the manager she was amazing they all deserve a raise if it wasn't for them I would not be driving my vehicle right now So thank you guys You are...

I've been doing preventative work on a truck that I had bought last year. I didn't know how well it was taken care of during it's life, so I Flushed/changed anywhere from the front and rear differentials and transfer case to power steering and brake fluid etc. The staff has always been awesome, very knowledgeable and correct about questions that I have asked.

Now, if I could just find the ever so elusive blinker fluid, I would be golden.

I've seen a few people comment on the "mean" or "grumpy older guy" and I can honestly say I've never had an issue with him. I can see where people would say it tho. He's just more methodical so it comes off as "rude" or whatever. Not super impressed. Went in to buy windshield wipers, which I had great help from a lady there. Another guy came up and said he would put my new wipers on for me, so I said thanks! I walk out to get in my car, thinking it was overall a good experience, to find my windshield CRACKED! He must’ve dropped the metal piece on the windshield. They are doing right by paying for my new windshield but I also have my windshield tinted in relation to nighttime driving to help with glare. They said they cannot replace this, but why not just give cash or a prepaid credit card to replace damages? Pretty simple in my opinion, especially because my windshield wouldn’t be broken and I wouldn’t need to get $100 new tint if their employee hadn’t cracked it. Overall, don’t...
