Subway — Restaurant in Haring Township

Watch your coupons folks. I just had the cashier switch my coupon with one that didn't apply to my order so I had to pay full price which is ridiculously high (personal opinion). I bought a footlong sub and had a coupon making it $6.99. I scanned the coupon and the cashier took it set it down out of view and then proceed to tell me the coupon was not for a footlong but for two footlongs and proceed to give me a coupon back that had ripped edges where as mine was cut with scissors and had a different expiration date on it which I didn't notice till I paid full price, sat down in my car, and examined the coupon closer. When I went back in to confront the cashier she was rushing off to the back of the store and "went on break". I will not be going back to this...

I'm only leaving a 1 because I have to in order to leave a review. I've ordered from this place three times and three times they've messed up my order. Today my sandwich consisted of meat and bread. Worst meal ever!!!! I ordered online the sandwich was supposed to come with green peppers and onions and mayonnaise. I deleted the onions added lettuce and tomato. And received meat and bread. When I called to ask about it they said I must not have clicked the buttons. And i informed them they were already supposed to be on the sandwich and that I added a few things not subtracted. Sorry we can't help you. The service sucked the food sucked. And I can't see myself being a repeat customer. It was a total waste of money and my lunch hour. A big thank you...

I had a horrible experience here literally every time that I go in. The place is very dirty, and the staff just isn't friendly at all. The worst experience I had lately however, I went in and ordered a sandwich meal deal, and when I went to get my drink, the entire top of the pop machine fell off and hit me in the head and snagged my shirt suspending it in the air. I looked over at the counter people and didn't even get so much as an apology. They simply said, "yeah, that happens a lot". I then pulled it off of my shirt and gave it to them and they just set it in the back. I wasn't looking to get anything for free, but a simple apology would more than sufficed...I will not be...
