Be careful dealing with this company ⚠️ If you value your time & money and are looking for a quality product, I would recommend going elsewhere. Alisha does not care about providing decent customer service or running a professional business. I dropped off 12 pieces of my personal clothing in October 2023 to have our business logos printed on them and see which styles we liked before taking orders on them. I had to request them by a specific date before they were even started, and it wasn’t until March 2024 that our clothing was finally finished. Upon bringing my box of clothing home I noticed that 7 out of 12 items were printed incorrectly (as well as one other that printed faintly and she didn’t charge for, but I am still out a shirt). I sent her a message when I noticed and she admitted that one of my logos (that was on most of the clothing) would not download, so instead she just used the “text only” file because she assumed it was the same as my illustrated logo. I explained how the reason for placing this order was to see what my colorful illustration would look like printed on a shirt, but I didn’t even have 1 example. She did not answer for 3 days, until I sent multiple messages following up and calling. When I hear back, she is telling me that she followed the instructions perfectly and the clothing all came out exactly how I requested, despite there being varying print qualities throughout the batch even the same logo came out blurry and non legible compared to ones that came out fine. She even went as far as saying I was being “ridiculous” for asking if she could re print the ones that were messed up. She proceeded to tell me that she gave me a great deal and if she charged anyone else they would have paid $220 if they were using her shirts. This really offended me, because my total cost for the order was $270 buying my own clothing and dropping them off. She had told us as long as it was cotton it would print great, so we provided 100% cotton and afterwards she said the shirts were a cheap quality and that’s why the prints varied. I wish all of this was told to us before she printed them because now I paid a lot of money for 7 shirts I will never wear. She offered to print out 3 more shirts saying she would spit the difference (of 7 not sure how that adds up). I have tried messaging in regard to them being remade but I have since been blocked. Just going to take the loss at this point but I wanted to warn everyone what level of professionalism is...

Definitely worth shopping!

I grew up in Cadillac. I now live in SC and work on Hilton Head Island. I see great privately owned shops daily. (Hilton Head has high standards)

I got the chance this past week to see how incredible a shop Alisha has created. It has such a welcoming atmosphere and items you really can't get just anywhere...It's truly incredible. The Bird House really raises the bar. I was so impressed not just with the store but the staff as well. They were so nice and didn't mind chatting, telling me information about some of the items that despite being a Cadillac Native, I didn't know about. I can't wait to come back and visit. I'm anxious to see what new items...
