A Culinary Masterpiece in Caguas! La Mancha de Platano in Caguas is an absolute gem that deserves every one of its five stars! From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout our meal.

Now, let's talk about the food – it's simply extraordinary. We started with the three mamposturrias, and each one was a revelation: the beef and cheese was perfectly savory, the Mamposteao and sweet plantain offered a delightful sweet and savory balance, and the pernil was incredibly flavorful. All three were absolutely amazing!

For our main courses, the Mofongo relleno de churrasco was a standout; rich, tender, and packed with flavor. But the true star of the show was the ribeye with ensalada mancha and tostones—it was truly out of this world! Cooked to perfection, it was a meal I won't soon forget.

And just when we thought it couldn't get any better, the budin de coco for dessert arrived. It's to die for – the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal. La Mancha de Platano is a must-visit for anyone looking for an incredible dining experience in Caguas. We can't...

Wilfredo, is just so knowledgeable about the restaurant in which he serves...it's blow mind!! He knows just what is available- what it's made from and can explain in full detail which makes you feel that you are already tasting the food.

The food is just so tasty and looks good when presented as well. The Mahi Mahi is a joy but the fried pork with that cheese sauce is divine. Just order the food - it's yummy!! Oh and don't forget to ask for their house hot sauce- it is divine!!! 🤩

And finally the ambience- it's a cool, chilled vibe filled with really nice...

If you want to go for authentic, Puerto Rican cuisine, this is the best place to relax and savor one of their delicious meals. Surprisingly, a waiter greets you with a sample of their “mampostería”, a fried, round-shaped plantain ball stuffed with rice.The beef steak was juicy, tender and well seasoned; the mixed salad with fetter cheese was fresh and tasty and the tostones were big and crunchy, very flavorful indeed. Most of all, you have to devote attention to the creative presentation of each meal. My assigned waitress and other employees were all friendly, polite, attentive and pleasing. As for the ambiance, I would say the lighting was soft, dim with colorful combination of the lighting blending well. In essence, the decor was modern and quite appealing. Also, the bathroom was very clean. I would definitely return with family...
