Great customer service, the employees at this Victra really strive to make sure you know what you're getting and to answer any and all questions. They are happy to find a great deal for their customers. We couldn't be happier with our experience at this Victra. We had questions days later, and they were so accommodating to answer them instead of pushing us off on Verizon customer service. We will definitely be back in the future, and we are MORE than happy with our devices and plan.
And I will say, we did have a out of the ordinary situation. I wasn’t ready to trade in my phone on the day we came in (when there was a trade in deal going on) and transferred all our lines from AT&T, so we got in touch with Verizon chat to see if it was still possible to do less than a week later. They said it was, we had 30 days to do it. We went into the Victra store to do it, but they didn’t think it was possible and didn’t want to mess up our trade in (which is fair, and I appreciate them not doing something that might have gone wrong). They told us to try the corporate store, so we did. That store thought it might be possible, but they were afraid to screw it up too, so they had us call Verizon customer service. Verizon customer service was unsure at first, but found the available offer on our account and their manager taught them how to do it. They had us go back to Victra in Caldwell, and they walked them through the trade in, and assured all of us that the agent would make the needed adjustments. Two weeks later (middle of the holiday season!), and the trade in promotion has been applied to our account just as it should— in large part to Shane and Chris from the Victra store working hard to make sure nothing went wrong on Victra’s end, and Elizabeth Chaplin from Verizon Customer service. Was sent the email with rebate info by representative that helped. I filed accepeted then they were rejected because i was a business account. Not told this when signed up. I called Verizon to find thar put.they were to call me jack. That was the last of March. I went in to the store to get help and the representative called the manager. He told me that yes it would work with business account . I asked for his help to deal with Verizon and he went in to how i should of bought phones there and that they write off a lot of expense when you sign up as business. I did have about a half-hour wait as others were being helped, and then it was my turn. The store manager was very helpful and helped me fix things I had totally messed up trying to set it up myself. There were others waiting in the store, but he made me feel important and didn’t try to rush through. I purchased a screen protector and when I went up to pay, he said they generally charge a fee for in-depth technical support, but he was waiving it for me because I had been kind and patient through my wait. It was amazing that they waived this for me, but it also made me sad that retail employees are treated so poorly. Just be a good human.
