Working sells in the past, I have a different insight with customer service. It can be a difficult job to manage. But here at R2O; the staff has always been on point. With helping me find more of what I wanted and pairing things together. Not to mention the delivery service is quick, comfortable and very respectful. Recently I’ve had the privilege to work with Linda and Elizeo who helped with some discrepancies and set up issues. That were quickly resolved. Eli and Brandon were my delivery guys today they were so helpful I needed some things moved to put my new freezer and they didn’t hesitate to move them. They were both professional and kind My husband and I have done business with crto about 18 years ago and they still are the best rent to own place to deal with, what I liked was renting on line I didn’t have to go in to the store. I’m so busy I wanted to get in and get a freezer for my garden vegetables and I knew they delivered and I got it the next day. And they always have good deals going on.
