Tacos El Michoacano LLC — Restaurant in Caldwell

We went here a few weeks ago and it was a great experience-

Since it was a Monday, everything was closed and it was getting later so everything else was starting to close. Luckily we came across this place- it satisfied our taco craving and then some! We all got tacos in a few different types. Each type of meat we got was flavorful and didn't need anything else (though the onions and salsa were a nice addition) The meat is also good quality, not junky, and they don't skimp on it, making the taco filling and totally worth your money. A nice extra added to the radishes were cucumber slices, it's something I haven't seen (or at least remember) other trucks around here do and it helps break up the meal between your tacos.

On top of the food being a hit- those running the truck were so nice. With the sun setting, it slowly got dark so he came out and flipped their outdoor string lights on. The lights are in their undercover sitting area and around so you don't eat in the dark. He also checked in with us, making sure our food and experience were great. The woman cooking did an excellent job, again lots of flavor in one taco- and make sure to tell her so, she deserves to know how wonderful her food is (and she appreciates it)

Outside around the truck and sitting area, there was no trash lying around, and it was really clean. From where I could see I appreciateded how clean the truck was in and out. Areas I couldn't see, inside, I knew were clean because I could get a hint of their cleaner in-between and before she started a new order (a light smell, nothing overwhelming) Occasionally I drive by in the mornings (to/from work) before they open, and every time their side door is open I can see them cleaning the inside. I mean really cleaning, not just wiping down the tops of tables but mopping and cleaning the sides and fronts of appliances.

"The Al Pastor tacos are the BEST I've had from coast-to-coast, hands down!" I love me some al pastor, and I was absolutely blown away by how tasty they were - spicy with a rich flavor, crispy toasted bits of pork perfectly seasoned with fresh onions and cilantro atop two steamed tortillas that stayed together as I took bite after bite, served with radish slices and lime wedges and a side of salsa picante de chile rojo which left my lips warm and ready for more.
