Went to grab dinner tonight. Paid almost $50 for 4 meals and cheese curds. When we got to the window they took payment, gave us our drinks, and 2/4 meals and closed the window. We sat there for a good 10 minutes while one employee walked back and forth from the lady at expo (im assuming the manager seeing she bossed everyone around and was rude) sat there and yelled at him (he was kind to try and help) He asked us what our total was and we said “almost $50”. More walking back and forth and yelling. Finally they brought us our 2 other meals. I told my husband to pull forward to check we got everything. We did and whattya know- the cheese curds were missing. $7 worth of food. He parked and went in and turns out they left them under the warmer. Once we got home (literally 3 miles away) we sat down to eat. My burger (the Swiss mushroom burger) was SO extremely greasy it made it soggy. My husband pulled his out and it was the same way. Read moreI sure hope management sees this. I just ordered food in the drive-thru of this restaurant, but had to leave before receiving my ice cream and food order. While waiting for several minutes for our food, we watched as an employee was grabbing food from the bins that are used for holding mix-ins for ice cream items. The employee repeatedly grabbed what looked like oreos with her bare hands, would wipe them on her shirt, make someone's ice cream, grab some more, wipe her hands on her shirt and then continued making people's food. No gloves. No handwashing. She was putting food in her mouth with her bare hands then directly touching customers food. This employee is going to get someone sick, especially if this employee were to have hepatitis or any other communicable disease. Imagine the number of people she could potentially infect. Read moreDrive thru has lost its quality standards. The last two times we've been there to get our fave, the Lime Squeeze, there's been a problem. First time, they didn't include the lime slice, and they were irritated, even demeaning, when we asked for it. The second time (today), there was no syrup in the soda. The server said he didn't make them, so it wasn't his fault, then just stood there. We asked for new ones, and that clearly annoyed him. When he returned them, they were short in volume. Further, they were still missing the syrup. This time, it was his fault, but we were done. We left, but I called the store and let them know the syrup was out on their machine (I've worked food service, so I know the drill).
