I go to this Taco Bell a lot because it's the closest to my house and it's one of the cheapest places I can eat at. Everytime I got there I've been hoping to have a better experience, so I didn't have to leave this negative review, but that just didn't happen, unfortunately. Very few employees there are polite, often saying nothing and just handing me my food most of the time. I will give credit where it's due there a couple of different employees who are polite and at least say hello, but the majority of them are not. But that's something I can deal with. Everyone has bad days, and I understand that but there's more than just this. Everytime I go something is always wrong with my food either I am missing something or something was put on my food that I didn't order, and it would be more understandable if I ordered at the drive through but I buy my food online. I always double-check and make sure that it wasn't my fault, and I didnt order it the wrong way on the app, so im not sour about something that was my fault, but the majority of the time it was just made wrong, and not my fault at all.
So now, every time I go, I'm just wondering what is going to be missing or wrong with my order this time. Which is super unfortunate, but the deal breaker for me was last time I went. I got a slip in my bag that said that if anything was wrong or missed, I could email them about it. I was super polite about it and I haven't even heard anything back from them and that was a week ago.
But a plus is that most of the time the food is good and...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would but I'd like to share my constant bad experiences I've had with this Taco Bell and why I can never eat at a Taco Bell ever again. First off this most recent time, I ordered some regular tacos and ended up with food poisoning. Why didn't I report it? Because I know the company won't do anything about it. Second the use the bait and switch advertising technique. For example we have been attempting to get one of the "New" Skittles strawberry freeze since it was released for sale. Every time we have gone to this Taco Bell there's always an excuse from them and an attitude about everything this most recent time I went, I got the our whole machine is down completely and we don't have the Skittles Strawberry freeze anymore. Why is it still o. The menu and signage out I the drive thru area of you aren't selling the product anymore. This happens every single time a new flavor comes out and I have go e to try the new product and can never get it. This company is really messed up when it comes down to it and again theyre a big corporation so naturally they're probably going to over see this and change nothing. A law suit will be filed by someone eventually if this continue ls to Happen I know I'm not the only one this...
Read moreIF I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. This is the second time that we have had issues doing the online order. I went through the process at home on a labtop computer to order food. I recived the email and text message saying that the location had received my order and had been paid for online with my debit card. Upon my husbands arrival to the location (15 minutes later) the order was not only going to be started but was not on their computers so they would make a new order and not fill the one already placed. When speaking to the manager, she said that unless there is an order on there side they WILL NOT AND CANNOT fill the order and that I would have to wait the 24-48 hours for the refund (she was unaware of which time was correct). She was also apparently unaware of the ability to cancle the order online, which was done after talking to her. We will never return to this Taco Bell and will advise everyone we know to not use the online feature from here on out. Management needs further training and the system needs updating to reflect online orders. We decided Jack in the Box has better service and will at the very least fill our order without treating us like dirt. All I wanted...
