The following is a short synopsis of my experience over the last few weeks working with these men, Add my utmost joy: with their professionalism they showcased throughout my entire Experience working with them.
Originally I came in to upgrade my phone To the iPhone 13 Pro Max And Mr. Ryan& Mr. Connor were wonderful people to work with. Who welcome me to the store with open arms and gave me every opportunity to look around, find out what I wanted and then subsequently made my experience that much more enjoyable by finding me the perfect iPhone for my needs along with all the accessories that I needed to complete my experience.
Eventually we all became friends and started text messaging each other and what not. Just recently Mr. Ryan sent me a video about a young man who just broke the world record for juggling Rubiks cubes, and it is quite phenomenal.
Aside from all of that, I went back into the AT&T store to discuss options about getting some gear that would help me with starting my business again As a professional streamer: Where my focus is Yahweh, the Torah, quantum physics and mechanics, and anything else in between.
Without Mr. J and Mr. Ryan helping me copiously after 5 1/2 hours of trying to get my account switch to a business account and having my three kids in the store the whole time. By the grace of Yahweh we were able to walk out with a brand new iPad Pro 12.9 inch screen Apple AirPods two and a JBL speaker that was marked down from $179-$50.
In conclusion my experience at the Owasso AT&T store, was so invigorating that I was actually offered a job on my second day of a coming back to the store. Another customer came in having issues with connectivity with her Internet and I offered her the option of actually getting a Mobile hotspot the Netgear nighthawk G6 which is phenomenal. I have never been TREATED such love and kindness by complete strangers in all of my life.
Overall my experience was extremely positive and everybody showcased :professionalism and got the job done and a great time adversity I appreciate all of you and I look forward to working with you guys again as I start my business up very Fact is, 90% of the time all anybody really needs is the hug the never received...You are never alone, for Yahweh is with you,...
Read morecome here if you want to be sold debt! my boyfriend and i came in for a phone plan thinking it was cheaper than verizon. we had 2 guys helping us, can’t remember their names but one of them was newer so the other guy was there to make sure everything went smoothly. we needed new phones and unlimited service for the cheapest price. we were told we would get a deal on the newest iPhones and that it was cheaper than getting any other phone because of some deal with apple. we were asked what kind of service we need and i said verbatim absolute CHEAPEST possible. they said okay and i paid sales tax that day and we were shipped the phones. we didn't have any problems our first month except the fact that our wifi went out and suddenly our phones wouldn’t even send texts because the service was so bad. it slowly got worse to the point i couldn’t use it all the time in public and only when connected to wifi, but the first bill was exactly what we were told it would be. second month comes around and i had set up auto pay and noticed i got a $320 charge to my bank account from AT&T for a $155 bill. i immediately dropped everything and drove to the store to figure out what happened. the guy who sold me the phones informed me that i was supposed to be warned of an extra $160 “activation fee”, and that he could not issue refunds or cancel my service. he could only sell the phones. found out this store is an authorized retailer, not an actual at&t store. they can only sell you the product but are absolutely useless past that. i was told to call support. i called support and was told the charges were valid and that i would not get a refund. i said they were not valid because i was not warned of the charges. they refused a refund. they also told me i was on a PREMIUM UNLIMITED PLAN, not the cheapest possible, yet it never worked?? i then asked to cancel my service to avoid any random hidden fees in the future. i was told i only had a fourteen day period to return the phones after we signed the contract and that they could cancel my service but i would still need to pay off the phones for the next 3 years. i had no idea i would be getting random charges within 14 days. support is just as incompetent as the guys in the store. they make all their money off commission so of course they’re gonna sell you more than they tell you. go to verizon. service is better and you pay more monthly to avoid random hidden cash...
Read moreAdded an international data plan when I was out of the country and that went well and I was very happy, however an international call was placed and it showed a 40 minute call and billed $141.00 for the one call that was not explained could not be made and covered when calling from the USA. I was alarmed so I called the 800 number to ask questions and get it resolved, but received RUDE customer service and nobody to help other than they told me they would be willing to take a payment plan. I continued to remain calm and nice and then asked if more calls were going to show up like this one but still no answer to my question and they only offered me the resolution that I should stop calling out of country all together and offered no other resolution after being on the phone with the representative for 1 hour and 35 minutes!
